Caroline Phillips, is the full time working partner within Stud Ukeuro. Main decision maker and source of all knowledge. Her experience spans 35 years of handling horses and her natural talent and instincts when handling, schooling and nursing Horses is second to none. Caroline is Stud UKeuro.

Rupert Phillips
Caroline's Husband & Business Partner. Enjoys the stock husbandry, breeding, Foaling and Stud Farm management. He is mainly office based but It is rumoured that he will ride if absolutely necessary and with out question on Christmas day.

Bridie Passmore
Bridie is Group Head of Finance handling the accounts for a number of other associate companies including Stud UK Euro LLP. She has been with us for 7 years, and is vital with regards to the back office and consequently the smooth running of the Stud and the Farm. She is very patient and has a cool head in times of chaos. A very valued member of the team.

Sophie Kempshall
Sophie joined us in the early part of 2011 and is a great asset to the team, a very confident rider who loves to produce and compete the Stud's young horses. She has shown great enthusiasm and energy. After completing her BSc Hons Equine Sports Science at Hartpury College she worked at the Schokemole Stud, Germany and then alongside top rider Geoff Billington and is now competing our top youngsters at Stud UK Euro.

Will Greenwood alias "Scaf"
Scaf has worked here since he left school. Living on the farm for some time, he now carries out duties as stock man and tractor driver. Other work includes contract hedge cutting, hay and haylage making, deliveries, dung collection, handling of youngsters and stallions on the ground. Maintainance and husbandry of paddocks.

Katie Phillips
Katie joined the team in 2008 working part time, she soon became a full time employee handling stud admin and marketing. She is now a vital member of the team as first port of call in the Stud office. Handling local, Uk and export sales and shipment of horses, Open day and auction admin, liveries, advertising and suppliers. All the really hard work involved in keeping the Stud running.
